Keith Daubmann
Keith Daubmann is a native of Western Massachusetts and has been residing in Florida since 2003. Keith has been in the Glass and Glazing field since his days in the family business while he was in high school.
His knowledge and expertise in the Glass Industry has made him a national icon with the NGA (National Glass Association) being their “social media personality” as he continually posts about business, glass, and customer interactions.
MY Architectural Glass (MAG), a subsidiary of MY Shower Door, spawned from Keith’s knowledge of the industry allowing us to grow into the wine closet, glass railing system, and office partition spaces.
Keith is the oldest of the two Daubmann sons. Along with his brother Doug and his parents, they have grown their family businesses to a staff of 180, making them one of the largest employers in SW Florida.

Jay Rybak
Jay was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. He started in the glass industry in 1999 working alongside Keith installing mirrors and shower doors.
In 2004, he took his talents south to once again, work with the Daubmanns at Mr. Shower Door in Naples, first as a lead installer and glass ordering specialist, eventually graduating to Install Manager where he continued to grow along with the company overseeing installation crews throughout the region.
In the interim, as our sister company D3 Glass was starting out, Jay began to gain a hands-on knowledge of the manufacturing side of the glass industry.
In late 2019, as MY Architectural Glass was taking its next step towards becoming industry leaders, Jay was called upon again to bring his knowledge and leadership to MAG where he now serves as Sales and Operations Manager.
